Jun 04,2024The support and advice that I’ve received from the Bristol Menopause Clinic has been brilliant. The consultation that I had was very thorough and changes to my treatment plan has made a huge difference to my physical and emotional health. They have checked in with me in between appointments and when I have asked for advice they have responded quickly. I highly recommend the Bristol Menopause Clinic to anyone looking for help with the menopause

May 24,2024Hazel and her team at Bristol Menopause Clinic provide an excellent level of care and support for peri-menopause. The clinic is easy to find with parking available. Inside the clinic is welcoming and feels like a calming environment. When I have had to have blood tests taken the care has been excellent with the tests pain free. Hazel is exceptionally knowledgeable and supportive on all things menopausal and has provided regular check-ins. At Bristol Menopause Clinic you receive a warm welcome from understanding professionals under Hazel’s careful guidance and expertise.

Mar 14,2024I have been using Bristol Menopause and Wellwoman Clinic for a year and couldn't be happier. I had an early chemical menopause years ago and have had many issues which have been resolved by taking HRT. I am also terrible when it comes to having blood taken but Jenna is magnificent in this department - understanding, caring and friendly. No problems with my blood being done by Jenna! All the staff at the clinic are friendly and understanding and it is a lovely safe space where you can go and explain your problems without fear of ridicule. Thoroughly recommended.

Feb 19,2024Bristol Menopause Clinic is truly wonderful. Hazel has supported me every step of the way through the roller coaster of perimenopause. Hazel is absolutely fabulous - so kind and caring and is an absolute expert in all things menopause. I cannot recommend Bristol Menopause Clinic more highly and am so thrilled that I found Hazel and her amazing team.

Everytime I have asked for help, I have been given a quick and accurate response, working closely with my doctor. As a result I feel so much happier and more like 'me'. I have recommended this service to all of my friends and family members. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bristol Menopause....they are just fantastic, at a time of life that is already challenging.

Jul 27,2023After months of going round and round in circles and not getting anywhere with my GP! I finally feel at ease after just 1 appointment. I have never met such a friendly and welcoming team and I cannot thank them enough for there help! Emma is absolutely amazing, very professional, approachable and extremely genuine. They really are 'life savers' and I would highly recommend them to anyone struggling!

Dec 19,2022When I first went to the clinic a few years ago, Hazel offered a personal, attentive menopause service unlike anything available in the NHS or elsewhere. Since then, on a number of return visits, I’ve been assigned to other clinicians I don’t know - a different one each time. The receptionist acts as a gatekeeper, with a ‘talk to the hand’ attitude unbefitting of a service where women often come feeling in need of support. I receive loads of marketing emails about supplements, but when it comes down to actual service, it is no longer the personal, caring place it once was. It’s a business, with high fees and charges for everything, even issuing a repeat prescription. For the cost of it, you may as well just go to a private GP. There is no longer anything special about this service.

Jul 09,2024I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Hazel was the first clinician, in my entire life, who listened to my story and found patterns in what I was saying. Feeling heard and having those words being taken into account has been transformative for me and I now feel positive about the route that I am taking with my health. Thank you so much.
