May 29,2024I was disappointed re: size. I ordered 2 tops X-Large. I wear a large but went a size up. Unfortunately they were too small to be called "x-large". I had already disposed of the packaging or I would have returned them. Vanessa L. Hall 5514668015767

May 28,2024I love the designs and sizes that are available. I do wish that there was a wish list option, or the ability to save certain items for later purchase. Also, if there was a better filter option, such as by type of clothing, such as tank tops, etc.

May 26,2024I ordered two shirts, size 5XL, and what I got was XL at best. I followed the instructions to get a refund (didn't want a replacement since the order took so long) but they wouldn't give me one. Instead they offered "25% off another order", claiming size discrepancies happen. I can understand that, but not to the degree I got. I'm convinced the shirts were labeled wrong. That said, I told them their offer was unacceptable and I still expected a full refund. They then had the audacity to offer me 35%. Sensing they're clearly not going to give me the refund I deserve, I've consigned to the fact I've been ripped off. Please learn from my lesson and NEVER order from them.

May 22,2024It took awhile to receive the shirts and pants since they were being sent from China. I have to say the shirts and pants are in pleasant colors and did not shrink after washing. The garden-design pants could have been in a slightly thicker material because they are a little bit see-through.

May 09,2024I recently purchased an item from this agency and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality. The product appeared cheaply made and didn't meet the standard I expected for the price I paid. When I reached out to return it, they offered me a slight discount in exchange for not returning it. The discount was not enough to want me to keep the item rather want my full refund back. I paid close to $30 for something that looks like should be at the dollar store. Despite my response, it's been over a week and I haven't heard back from them. While I appreciate the opportunity to share this feedback, I would caution others who value quality to consider their purchase carefully.
