Feb 05,2024The cute animal-print retro flannel pants I ordered took over a month to arrive. They advertised "flannel" which is why I purchased them. The pants that arrived are a slippery, thin polyester fabric like you use to clean your sunglasses. Brighteneye offered me $10 off the $35 purchase because they had "technical difficulties" and bait-and-switched fabrics. This company won't be in business long at this rate

Jan 25,2024Ordered a shirt through their Facebook ad. When nothing arrived 2 weeks later I looked up their actual website. Misspelling everywhere on the website, an attack on my phone, and various other red flags abound. Looking them up provided several reports by other websites on how the store is a front for money trafficking and credit card theft in China.

Jan 16,2024Took forever to get here and missed the holidays. but most of all the fabric is nasty polyester!! I'd be embarrassed to wear. only thing I liked was the cute graphics on it. Won't buy again till quality of fabric goes up to cotton.
