Apr 16,2022I received my item around Christmas. The scooter fork wasn’t the correct one. I shipped back in January. I never received my refund so I inquired with the company in February and they mysteriously received the package the next day. They claim they opened the package and the item packaging was in there without the item. We never opened the item, just put it back in a box and taped it up. They got $89 from me and my child is left without his Christmas gift and is really upset because I can’t afford to replace it. Best not to do business with this company especially if you may need to return something. They will not make it right.

Apr 08,2022The payment setup on your website would’t work, and no one answers when I call your number. You should really try to have someone to answer people’s questions. The email response came within a day (adequate) but if someone had picked up the phone my problem could have been solved in five minutes. You can answer calls even when working from home.

Mar 22,2022The wrong part came in the correct packaging. I sent pictures. Instead of sending out the correct part, I had to wait until my part was back in the hands of this company. Only then would they ship the part I ordered. Not sure this was really necessary for a $30 part. Could have used the part sooner! I ordered it because needed it now. And the trust (again, $30) of me returning their incorrect part would have been nice. I tried to explain this but they stuck to their rule. I could see this with an expensive part, but really? a $30 clamp that they incorrectly sent?

Jan 22,2022Excellent site with reviews and good product photos and descriptions helped me decide to purchase the envy prodigy s8 retro for my 11 yr old. The basic ground shipping was fast arrived in 2 or 3 days. The packaging and scooter arrived all good. Setup was fast and easy. My son immediately loved the look and way improved ride-ability feel and sizing. His smaller basic razor was limiting his balance and bunny hops. First few minutes on the longer stronger s8 and way higher faster hops. He is looking forward to using at skate park. Glad at I purchased through your site/store. Thanks
