Nov 05,2024I purchased a stainless tree memorial plaque and after just 18 months outside the writing has almost disappeared. The company say they do not guarantee the writing will remain visible, especially if you put it outside. Not sure where they think one would put a tree memorial plaque. Very unhelpful response when contacted, suggesting I should pay more to get it refurbished.

Nov 15,2024We purchase engraved stainless steel automotive sill plates, which we have been very happy with. The prices are very good and the products have been to a high standard. Sadly, with the last order the requested beveled edge had been dropped and therefore overlooked from the agreed artwork. Secondly, and more importantly, the countersunk holes must have been drilled too quickly and so the circumference had a notched effect and not a smooth circular hole, to match the screws. These are of course minor issues, and so satisfied over all!
