Amazing removal people. Arrived on time and were ready to pack us up efficiently and with lots of care. Listened to instructions and carried out all items, protecting them as required. We moved to Bournemouth in 3 vans 3.5 t each without stress . At the other end unpacking and moving into individual rooms went smoothly. Robert and his team are very nice people to deal with and we thoroughly recommend them for your house move .

I can not fault the service I received - their attention to detail met my OCD, which was a relief and the team on the day were so polite, friendly, we had a laugh and their diligence, effectiveness was so impressive I cannot fault them at all. A friend recommended budget removals and we couldn’t be happier with them. I sent a video of my house to Robert and he gave me a very competitive quote for a van with two men. They were very professional and quick. We had a big and heavy sofa bed and we were worried it wouldn’t fit through in the new place. It was not an easy job but they were amazing and took great care doing it. I would highly recommended and we’ll definitely use them for our next move.

They are a professional and affordable moving company who helped me with my move and later accommodated my request of including packing services at £10 a box full of fragile items. They helped with disassembly of my bed and sofa, followed by re-assembly. They were on-time and completed well within the 4 hours we agreed upon to remove my stuff. Only thing I should point out is that rescheduling the services will incur cancellation charges (if done within 3 days) as per their policy however they don't charge any deposits or pre-payments. The only reason this review is 4 instead of 5, is because they missed taking my garden items which was part of the inventory. To be fair, I forgot about it on the day as well.

I was very pleased with the removal service - the quote was the lowest I received and was also carried out in person, unlike a lot of removal companies. The guys who packed were super friendly and helpful and quick. The unpacking was very smooth and efficient. I would definitely use Budget Removals again - I highly recommend them.
