Sep 18,2024I placed an order and all was fine then i was advised days later that one of the items was incorrectly listed with ita price. So i had to pay more before my order would be sent. I didnt create the website? Maybe you should be charging your web developer the difference in price? Perhaps a better approach would be to advise tyhe item was incorrectl listed so that i wold know in the future for further ordering. The way it come across was that it was my fault someone had entered the details wrong on the website. No offer of a discount or any compensation for someone elses mistake. Then when i said i could pickup from the sydney warehouse i was still going to be charged freight??

They assisted me with getting my product promptly and when there was a small problem with the zipper they organised a replacement.
