May 14,2022Timber Wolf Cleaver Butcher Knife ll - is great, cuts are excellent, weighted just right with full tang and comfortable handle and brass pins. The blade is Damascus Steel Blade. My wife said she loves it and shopped around and found this cleaver to be the best buy, best sharpness and best all around Cleaver.

May 09,2022I've ordered through BUDK/UC/CutleryUSA/Kadel's for years. Mostly Hobbit and LOTR items. I'd say 8 times outta 10 there's a quality control issue with items ordered. Something crooked, bent, scratched, cracked, or warped. It shouldn't be what I've come to expect when ordering but inevitably became as such to the point I just stopped collecting. I stopped trying to leave reviews on the sites as those are approved based off 5 star ratings I believe. 3 out of 5 review, yeah thats not getting approved. 5 stars or don't waste your time. While I do still occasionally order from them, I keep expectations low, having recently ordered a scabbard, it was just thrown in a large box with no packing materials, they clearly don't care. A send it back for a refund or replacement attitude isn't needed if you just apply quality over quantity. Contacting CS with issues for 10 years is always met with, "we can forward this to product development thank you." Translates to, "Yeah okay whatever." If you want cheap stuff its the place to go. Especially for license held replicas, but at the end of the day. Its all so-so. If there's an issue they will replace it, however many times as needed... I'll give them that.

Apr 15,2022I have ordered from them in the past, I noticed a few things I liked so I went online and put in an order for them, you had my old address on the account I went in and changed it and the next day received an email stating the order was ready for shipping. I noticed it was to my old address and not the current one. So I called the customer service line listed in the email. The representative told me that after checking with her supervisor, that they could not help me, because I ordered online. I asked to talk to the supervisor and was told in the minute that we were talking was suddenly not available. I asked to talk to shipping since the email I received said the order was ready to ship and that I would get another email after it was picked up by the carrier. I was told no that the order was already gone and there was NOTHING that could be done to help me. So I spent almost $400 it was shipped to the wrong address and all I get from you an oh well better luck next time. I expected more than that! I do not recommend this company at all

Apr 08,2022I ordered a S&W pen/knife, the pen ink was dried up. I reached out to customer service to voice my disappointment and I was told to go to Walmart and find more ink. I paid $20 for the pen !! I shouldn’t have to buy ink !!

Apr 01,2022Return policy is crap you have to pay to return the items back out of your pocket and it can cost to ship back as much as 2/3 of the value of the item even at the cheapest rate through usps. better you keep the items you don't like or if they are damaged.
