Business Partnership will tell you anything to get you to buy a franchise, including lying about earnings. It is a very bad franchise with a broken business model. Most franchisees make very little money and some are loss making. Management are a disgrace and will not deal with franchisee concerns properly. There are a lot of dissatisfied franchisees. In 2021, three franchisees exited the franchise agreement before the end of the term. This is a significant proportion of franchisees, there are currently around 15. This review is about the management company and not individual franchisees/regional partners, who are honest professionals. It should not put anybody off using an individual franchisee. (The directors do operate as regional partners so be aware of them, they can not be trusted).
