I sent them like 3 or 4 emails asking about their return policy, and after two weeks I got a return which was not answering my questions. If they reply I will buy a monitor worth 1400 from them, but now I dare not. they seems to be a very unprofessional company.

Aug 11,2023I bought an item which through no-one's fault was not compatible with my devices. I contacted Kingston to return it and had an immediate reply, and my further questions were answered quickly, The return process went well and the refund was promptly paid. Any good supplier should be able to provide the right item in good condition (which Kingston did) but I think what takes a supplier from good to excellent is the after sales service and Kingston absolutely passed that test. I have already recommended them to a friend who has purchased from them.
