Apr 27,2022Purchased a gti e-turbo ebike when it got delivered the frame was covered in dust and had scuffs and scratches, the brakes are not tektro HD-E500, they are logan hydraulic brakes also the rear derailleur selector is damaged, definitely not worth the money as for an extra £200 you can find a better equipped bike that would more than likely be in better condition. I won't be looking here again.

Staff seems keen to help, though I think the site’s transparency could do with some improvement by modernising the payment processing/mailing service. Final rating depends on condition of product, if delivered when promised and how they handle any complaints if necessary. Product was received, arrived in good condition.
