When I advised courier of non delivery on the appointed day they said they would call back but didn't. Product was good but need to review carriers

Jan 22,2023Ordered sheet metal to use as a magnet board. Straight forward process, albeit I clicked yes to having offcuts sent, but on screen it kept showing as 'no' to wanting off cuts. Off cuts received, so must be a system glitch. Delivered quickly, only complaint was the sheet was creased slightly in 1 corner, but managed to straighten up. Overall impressed with service.
