Jun 09,2021Appalling service this time. Opened order and part is missing. I even emailed after placing order to check and they confirmed all is ok. Telephoned to complain and they say 'forgot to tell warehouse about half of order. Sorry. Now have to wait four days for urgent item. No offer off next day despatch. Poor service and poor customer service.
