Jan 09,2025BW Screed came to our rescue after a disastrous experience with a failed screed installation by another company over our underfloor heating (UFH). Taking on the challenge of fixing someone else’s mistakes is no small feat, but their team handled it with expertise and professionalism. From the very beginning, their service was exceptional. Mel managed all communications seamlessly, always available to address questions and provide reassurance. Despite a few hurdles along the way, Lee and his team demonstrated incredible perseverance, ultimately delivering a flawless result: a beautifully installed new UFH system and a perfectly leveled floor, ready for tiling. Their workmanship and dedication were truly outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again or recommend their services to anyone.
