Tracking is available, which is always a good thing. There was a minor discrepancy with my order which was dealt with in a highly professional manner, absolutely no quibbles, replacement was sent out the same day for overnight delivery. I cannot fault the products which are all from reputable suppliers. My order was packed perfectly and with the upmost care. 100% perfect service.

I hesitantly chose 1st class over next day delivery, which would have been costly, as I needed to get my order as soon as possible. The order was dispatched within an hour of placing it and received the next morning. Brilliant service, can't fault it!

I am a beginner decorator so was very much going on instinct. I was amazed how quickly the products arrived (second working day). I experienced no problems at all, so I don't know how the staff handle any, but thats good enough for me. My order turned up nice and quickly in a solid cardboard box (re-used), with slightly more bubble wrap than strictly necessary. Everything as it should be!

When my package arrived there was a personalised thank you note for placing my order and I also received a phone call from the company checking that I had received my order and that I was happy with it.
