Nov 09,2021If I could give a zero I would . I have been trying to have a webpage built for 6 months . I can show you text and emails to please just finish what we started and no more add ons. They told me ir was going to work better and faster and it is far from the truth . I had more issues than I ever thought . I am embarrassed and lost money and buyers due to this. I tried to call the number on invoice , no answer , no response to emails for says or texts for days . Do not use this company , it is all a scam. They do not do what they say and it won’t work right . They will take triple times longer and it still won’t work .

Nov 09,2021I have been trying to create a new webpage for over 6months, I have been more than patient. I have had to have t hem redo things over and over just to get it to go live. Once it went live it did not work , I had to tell them it didn't work? You would think they would be checking every function to assure it is working? any working properly? They kept telling me it was working and finally said it crashed. I had little communication and always had to be the one emailing , texting etc, It finally was up and I said it is not working right and it is slow. They told me it was my phone ? I needed to clear my caches? It did work but then it didn't again, and on top of that I had other people get on the webpage and they has same issue.I had customers e-mailing me and saying how it won't allow them to order, see product, the drop downs don't work, the tab won't work, it was so embarrassing. I lost money and potential clients. You would think they would have it perfect after building it for over 6 months . I would never use this company ever. Their products do not work and it will cost you money and clients .

Oct 15,2021I’m only giving them 1 star because I can’t give them below that , I’ve been working with a team for over a year now and they came never seem to get it right ..on countless occasions I’ve asked for a refund and I keep getting the run around..please if you’re thinking of doing business with this company please do not ..they lure you in with a basic price and keep adding on..I signed up for a basic logo design and before I knew it I was signing up for a website..500$ and countless hours of going back and forth with someone that seemed like they barely know English..so frustrated with this company ..

Sep 25,2021This company may not be a complete scam but it is definitely close to it. I am being given ultimatums, threats, and being harassed to take down negative reviews. I have documented evidence via text, calls, and the design works platform they use to prove my case. I signed up for the services over 3 months ago paying for logo, website, content creation, and social media package, paid up front and for all the money I spent all I have is a logo design and an apparent website that only has the template content that I sent them on it. They are threatening me with my refund only when I remove my negative reviews, however much I would love my money back, I would much prefer to not have someone else fall into the trap I have (and many others - check their Facebook page). Please, please, please stay away from this company, unless you do like mediocre work, extended deadlines, lack of communication. One extra warning never call them unprofessional they will have Google ban your website and or future websites (recorded call proof), like they have that much power?!

Sep 17,2021The refund policy is a bit iffy and something I don’t like but they put the effort in to complete my logo exactly how I wanted it and I absolutely love it, absolutely, I’ll say the price seems kinda steep but for what I needed and in the timeframe that I got it in, outstanding.
