Dec 08,2020My company hired this company to create a website. In 6 months they didn't do ANYTHING at all. We paid them thousands of dollars and they did nothing and were still asking for more money. They have a terrible service. Every time we would try to get some answers we were directed to a new person. They refused to give a corporate number, a supervisor name or any other details about someone to help us. The billing department was completely rude when we asked for a full refund and they clearly said they won't issue any refund. The initial package details says 100% money back guarantee 100% costumer satisfaction guaranteed. It's been 3 months after we asked for a full refund and they still don't have any answers on what's going to happen, when will they refund the money. They just don't care, they don't even return my company's phone calls and like I said, my company paid them thousands of dollars and in six months they didn't do what they were supposed to. My company filed complains about this company with our bank and the Better Business Bureau and they still refuse to comply with both the bank and the BBB. My company is now getting ready to file a lawsuit against California Logo Designs and guess what? They still don't care! Worst service ever!! Avoid yourself a lot of trouble! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!.

Oct 25,2020California Logo Designs took $1600 dollars from me. Promised to do a variety of things to help my website. From day one I could not pull up any changes they were working on. They copied my old website. Which was better than there's. Now I have a one page site. They promised I would be able access reviews from thumbtack, yelp and google. All I get is three old reviews from yelp. I was told that I can make changes to the site when ever I need too. I cannot. The grammar is misspelled and does not even read right. Their main goal is to talk you out of as much money they can, then rip you off. John Anderson is not an honest person. Do not trust him. I will be contacting legal advice. And see how many other people have been mislead and scammed. I attempted to get them to make the adjustments they promised me. They claim that their will be additional charges to correct their own mistakes. This needs to stop. Hold onto your money. I advise you let them show work before paying.
