May 14,2018I had a good buying experience with Camping and Caravan Direct; my parcel arrived well packaged, in good condition and exactly as described. However without any good reason UKMail failed to deliver within 24 hours as contracted and promised by them on their tracking facility, resulting in my having to take a second day off work to receive the delivery.

May 15,2018Item should have been delivered to alternative address which was given at time of order but unfortunately went to billing address.luckily neighbour took it in but disappointed with service. Website very confusing. Only positive it was delivered with in 2 days although no notification was given.
