May 09,2019Overall good service. I bought a phone off a friend but she did not have time to call and get it unlocked, so I used this. The service is reasonably priced and easy to use. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is they did not provide the code within their committed timeframe (estimated 18-36 hours and received at around 48 hours).

May 03,2019The iPhone unlocking service was available after 2 days of payment. The accompanying instructions were straight forward and successfully unlocked my phone. Now I can use my phone with a Canadian and USA carrier.

Apr 02,2019I had an iphone 6s that i got from my company, that unfortunately doesn't fall under the free unlocking because it was under a corporate plan. Ordered the unlocking on Saturday and had it unlocked on Monday. One day all this stupid carrier locking will be a bad memory! But 5 stars for the service provided, would recommend!

Mar 31,2019There was no issue with the payment or receiving the code. The issue I have is with a company charging to unlock a phone in Canada. Unlock codes from your service provider are FREE. As of December 01 2017 the new CRTC Wireless Code came into effect banning Canadian cell phone carriers to charge a fee to unlock phones that are locked to a specific carrier. Unlocking must be completed even if the consumer is still on contract or the device is not paid in full. Exceptions to this policy are stolen phones and unpaid bills. If I had of seen a review like this one I would not have paid for an unlock code. Hopefully this helps.

May 10,2019although the unlock code didnt work for me for my phone, I had help the whole way, they offered advice and step by step help. when it didnt work they offered a full refund so I didnt loose out. I will definitely use them again when I need it.
