Mar 05,2019I had doubts since the price was the lowest on the market, and the fact it didn't ask for any contact information during the order process. Within 3 days (well within the 1-5 day commitment), I checked the order status using the IMEI for the phone and the unlock code was available.

Feb 07,2019Honestly I thought this was going to be an awful process. Take too long and I'd be scammed the money. I was very surprised that not only was it legit but fast and real. I thank you for helping me out with my query and now that it's all done. If I had only known that I could have fone this without paying for this service I would have done so. But it I guess was worth seeing the smile put back on my friends face knowing he can now go to any service provider he wants too. Thank you once again

Jan 25,2019They sent me a code which I later found online for free. The code did not unlock my phone, had to bring it to service and pay another 50 bucks for unlocking. Don't use their service - garbage.

Jan 06,2019BEWARE - Terms and Conditions for Services are used to collect USD Billing for Canadian Services, EVEN WHEN SERVICES ARE NOT PERFORMED ! Refunds are NOT offered when "the unlocking service was performed elsewhere". Note that the seller does not guarantee a service response time and locks you into to their charges, even though their 7/24 service is not completed in a timely manner. I also found that there was no response to Properly filed Email Service Complaints requesting Refund, and subsequent email communications were: - a notice of "Order Completed", with a "Result: Unlocked" ... (which is NOT ACCURATE) - and after 2nd complaint & request for a refund (after first one was not responded to)... "Sorry to hear that. Please refer to our terms of service and refund policy (that you accepted PRIOR to ordering)" ... which includes numerous conditions about refunds including: the unlocking service was performed elsewhere" In addition, my experience is that even though INTERNATIONAL / AUTOMATED / 7/24 services are performed, the billing to Canadian customers will be done in USD, even for Services delivered from Canadian business address. BE AWARE that company does little to publish their rates, including currency, PRIOR to clicking the Order button, and after completion specific details about the Unlock Service required. The Service Fees, and the USD Currency are finally disclosed much later, just before the BUY NOW final confirmation. It should be noted that the company guarantees price matching on the earlier pages, however will most likely not be able to be aware of their rates prior to pressing Buy Now. All Canadian customers should be aware that Canada's telecom commission mandated all new phones must be sold unlocked, and all locked phones must be unlocked at no charge, .. however the unlock is to be performed by the carrier It is APPALLING that this Service Provider will use their terms and conditions, in my case to collect revenue for Services NOT completed, and which could have handled for free by the Canadian carrier, and yet they offer price matching !!!!!! I found my experience to to be Unreasonable and 'gouging' as the service provider chose to use exercise their terms and conditions to collect fees - There was no response to my earlier complaint of taking too long, even though they do not guarantee a resolution time (just 7/24 service availability) - because they chose to exercise the clause as grounds not to issue issue a refund, or offer price matching to a Canadian customer who can obtain the competing service free directly from a Canadian carrier I am a 2nd time/repeat customer, and based on this recent experience, I WOULD NEVER USE THIS PROVIDER EVER AGAIN !
