Jan 20,2023The code provided did not work on its own (although was still a code I needed). Then the troubleshooting notes (provided after the failed attempt) said I MIGHT need an additional code to unlock the phone. I then needed to pay again to get this additional code. Had the troubleshooting guide been provided before purchase I would’ve ordered both codes initially to ensure I had everything I needed. Customer service was very unhelpful/rude. I ended up getting both of the codes I needed for FREE within a matter of MINUTES (not days) by simply contacting Samsung support myself. Try contacting the phone manufacturer’s support team first before using this service.
