Oct 01,2022My son's iPhone 13 was blacklisted recently after using it for 9 months with no issues. Blacklisted means, absolutely NO service period with any carrier. Our carrier, chatr and Apple were of no help, they couldn't tell me who had the phone blacklisted. Searching online led me to you guys. A total lifesaver. A couple bucks later, I received your report that stated who and when the phone was blacklisted. I contacted that carrier and a few days later the blacklisting was lifted and we had service again. Once again, an extremely big thank you, without you my sons iPhone would basically be a very expensive paper weight.
