I'm so angry. I spent $74.98 on a Guns and Roses table cloth. It's been almost a month, and the only thing I keep receiving is excuses. Your Order was lost, here's a coupon for 10% off, and a refund of $6.00. I want my full refund of what I paid. This was a gift for my fiancée, but I don't want it now. So can someone please give me back what I paid??? Sincerely upset, Carmen

I ordered a hoodie from here and have emailed multiple times and gotten no answer at all. It was supposed to be delivered by the 16th and still has yet to ship with no response from you guys as to what is going on.

I did not receive the product that I originally ordered that was displayed on the website. I was sent something totally different. When asked could I sent the item back to get the correct one I was told no and that they don’t make that item anymore. Was told they do not do refunds but then they said they could send me 20% of the refund back which I still have not received. Took over a month to receive the item I purchased and when it got to me it was the wrong item! Ordered this way before Christmas for a Christmas gift and took over a month to receive it and once I did receive it, the item was the wrong one!! Highly disappointed and will never order again from this company! False advertisement on the website and made sure I saved all my emails from them!!!

Orderd some car seat cover back in November 2020 was told after paying that they no longer had any in stock! And im still waiting on my refund and its Jan 26th 2021!! Very unprofessional do not recommend!

Even though I didn’t receive my product until after Christmas I still rated you 5 stars because every time I emailed you, someone ALWAYS responded back giving me a piece of mind. I also know due to COVID it delayed the shipment but over all your customer service was great. My brother love his polo bathroom set. Thank you Belinda Jackson

I put my home address as the delivery address & for some reason, this product was delivered to some place in castle hill!! At no time was I informed that this would be the case. I wouldn’t have bought from you if it were. I work long hours & am unable to get there before close of business. SO HOW THE HELL DO I GET MY DELIVERY??? You should have delivered it to the address i stipulated as the DELIVERY ADDRESS! So tell me how YOU are going to fix this.....please, because this is unacceptable

Would never purchase from this site again. I did not receive what I ordered and what I did receive came a month later then the expected delivery date and was not something my daughter will ever use. I reached out to the customer service by email since the phone number listed doesn’t work and I received a reply but after I told them what the problem was I never heard back.

I love it, great quality really soft and clear printing. It went through the washing machine just fine - no colours ran. I am very happy with the product. I would order this type of product from this company again any day.
