Nov 12,2016Got a great deal for parasailing in Cancun by booking online and saved 32 $ on the normal prize! Everything worked out fine and without any problems and the flight was AMAZING. The crew was really nice as well. I recommend cancunrivieramaya! :-)

Everyone was incredibly friendly and always made sure we were having a great time. If you are having a hard time picking what company to do your tours I BEYOND recommend Cancun Riviera Maya!!!

Oct 17,2016I had to change my tour two days before by a mistake in booking the wrong date and the agency helped me to change it. No problems and they were very helpful. Also helped me not to miss one of the tours that I accidentially missed the start hour. Always helped me to have a great time.

Oct 06,2016Saludos desde Paraguay!! El pasado 22 de setiembre llegamos con mi marido a la paradisíaca ciudad de Cancún. En el aeropuerto nos esperaba con una contagiante sonrisa el Sr. FRANCISCO ECHEVERRÍA CHACÓN, quien estuvo encargado de nuestro traslado hasta el hotel Hard Rock, por a empresa Cancún Receptivo Mi marido llegaba con mal genio por las demoras propias de los trámites de control de equipaje y aduanas en el aeropuerto y todo el cansancio por las horas de vuelo, que sumaban más de 12. Sin embargo, la hospitalidad, el buen trato y empatía con que fuimos recibidos por el Señor Francisco desde un primer momento, lo hicieron cambiar de humor y ya mismo se sintió en confianza y muy interesado en realizar los tours que nos ofrecieron. Al día siguiente, con puntualidad nos recogieron del hotel y nos trasportaron hasta la marina para realizar el snorkel programado. Durante el trayecto, El Sr. Francisco y su acompañante amenizaron el viaje con informaciones acerca de los atractivos de la ciudad, y entre bromas y buena vibra arribamos a destino. En el lugar, fuimos recibidos con mucho profesionalismo y todas nuestras necesidades fueron atendidas con buen ánimo. Agradecemos profundamente a los señores Ismael, Jorge y el otro Jorge, que nos acompañaron en el snorkel por la paciencia y el trato de primer nivel que nos han brindado. han causado muy buena impresión y con seguridad regresaremos y recomendaremos a nuestros familiares y amigos que pasen con su empresa por esta maravillosa experiencia. lastimosamente, al llegar a casa nos percatamos que el adaptador no contenía la memoria con las fotos que nos tomamos y adquirimos por 45 dolares. Gracias al buen tino del Sr. Francisco que el primer día me facilitó una tarjeta personal con su numero telefónico pude contactar con él vía whatsapp y al enterarse del percance se puso a inmediata disposición y gracias a sus buenos oficios está en trámite la remisión de las fotografías vía correo electrónico. Aún no hemos recibido las fotografías, pues las que nos enviaron en primer lugar pertenecían a otro grupo de personas, lo cual ahora está en vías de solución. Sin embargo, vale la pena agradecer y felicitar al señor FRANCISCO ECHEVERRÍA por su profesionalismo y su trato preferencial hacia nuestras personas. Gracias a sus servicios hemos disfrutado mucho el tour y además contamos con la posibilidad de poder recuperar los recuerdos invaluables de esa experiencia. Atentamente NANCY ZACARÍAS LEIVA

Sep 14,2016The whole experience were great, the staff and guide were very helpful and made the trip easy and relaxing and a lot of fun. The shuttle was very convenient, and even the quick snorkel lesson at the beginning was helpful as a refresher, or as a guide if you're new. We saw so many beautiful fish and sea turtles, and the shipwreck was awesome! The boat ride really was short, no more than 5-10 minutes at a time in the boat and straight in the water. Such a great trip and experience, highly recommended!

Sep 09,2016We snorkeled with this company while on a family vacation. Booking was wonderfully easy and price included snorkeling in 3 locations, transportation to and from our hotel as well as all equipment (included prescription mask). We started with a short safety briefing making sure everyone knew how to appropriately use all equipment. We then boarded the boat and were taken to the first location. Anna our guide was wonderful as were the captain and our photographer, yes they sent out a photographer with us and we got so many wonderful photos! I have snorkeled in many beautiful places with many good companies, but this company gets my highest rating and will have my return business. I would highly recommend them to all.

Aug 15,2016Pasamos una mañana espectacular junto al Paul y el capi Jorge, el lugar es hermoso y vimos una gran cantidad de vida Marina además de un barco hundido y un museo acuático, la atención es excelente y son súper puntuales. La verdad es sumamente recomendable.

Aug 15,2016I have snorkeled many times with the 60 plus person boats. This was much better due to our guide being able to pull us to many locations he was familiar with. 3 turtles, hundreds of fish, and beautiful coral enclaves. A sunken ship was covered with all the marine life you could hope to see. You don't get this with the large groups.

Jul 06,2016The tour was great and it meet my requirements of swimming with Whale Sharks, our guide Lena was awesome! And my boyfriend and I enjoyed the tour really much but it ended early at 1:10pm when it was suppose to end at 2pm. I would have liked to spend more time swimming with the whale sharks and in the playa Mujeres beach. We had a bad experience with the transportation back to the hotel. We waited until 2:30pm for our driver (an hour) that never showed up so we walked to the office and they got us another driver. I spoke with Adrian and told him the situation and that we lost our transportation from one hotel to another (we were switching hotels) so he allowed the driver to stop at our hotel to get our bags and take us to our other hotel, this made it better and made our bad experience go away so I am grateful for that. Overall it was a great tour and an unforgettable experience

Nov 16,2016I highly recommend Cancunmayariviera for your trips around the Yucatan - great driver knowledgable guide, timely, very nice vehicle, very reliable. We had a group of 21, these guys were great, Adrian and Alfredo always answered my millions of questions and we had special requests like snacks and beer and they were more then happy to help, they answer the phone and emails and I cannot recommend them enough - in fact one of our group members left her phone in the bus and I was able to call them right away to return, the woman cried she was so appreciative of their response to the situation!! The only down side and this company cannot help this is there were a lot of people at Tulum, I wish they could do a scheduling system and consider carrying capacity to allow the visitor experience to be a bit less crowded (it was hard to take pictures without people in them). Thank you for a wonderful trip I will recommend you and this trip!!!
