Feb 13,2019This was the first time I ordered heating oil from Capper Trading because their price was very good. When I arrived home oil had been delivered and a note was left from the driver stating, as the tank was full, he had delivered 994 litres instead of 1000 and 6litres was owed to us. In all of the 25 years plus we have been receiving heating oil I have never received such an honest statement. I do believe this situation must have happened before but we were never informed. As I truly believe the delivery driver was very honest I will definitely not bypass this company for future orders.

Feb 08,2019Capper Trading Ltd are one of the best companies for service that I have encountered. Their product arrived broken almost certainly by the way it was handled by the courier. A replacement was delivered to me within two days. Unfortunately this part did not fit correctly and when I told Capper Trading they despatched the correct replacement to me immediately. I unreservedly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy their products.
