Mar 03,2022I ordered 40bags of 25kg premium coal (1 ton pallet)for home delivery 25 miles from Capper base. Website said this would complete within 7 days. I also requested driver to give me at least 1 hour notice by telephone so I could meet him at my home. The phonecall and delivery happened within 3 days exactly as promised at order point. I was extremely satisfied with the order and delivery process and finally the product was as expected in perfect working order. All at a good price from customer point of view.

Mar 02,2022Ordered coal on Tuesday. When I contacted them on the Thursday to find out when it was getting delivered as I hadn’t heard anything from them I was told it would be the following Tuesday. Contacted another company who got it to me the next day.

Feb 17,2022Ordered a coal bunker (600kg) off there website with free shipping. The bunker was delivered very fast for such a large item coming from a long way away, around 4 working days. Item was well packed and in good condition on arrival. The dilivery man gave me a call, as I had asked for. He also helped move the bunker round the back of the house. Really happy with the company, dilivery and product. I would recommend and use again.

Mar 18,2022Less items put into the boot of vehicle than what I ordered and paid for, by the staff that loads the vehicles in the coal bay. Informed the company via email once I got home and realised, no response from them. Won't be back, if this is how they treat custom in this day and age.
