I have been dealing with this company for just over a year and it has been very fruitful. The product is great and we have had no issues with quality or shipping. Our clientele has really taken to the look. Any issues that do arise are handled in a timely manner with a pleasant and team like manner. If it matters- We are a franchised Lexus Dealer and have bought more than ten grilles for GX and ES

We bought a bodykit for a VW tiquan, we thought we paid only for the back bumper but after a couple weeks when the package arrived we got a front and a back bumper aswell some other stuff for the ABT package on the VW tiguan. Very pleased with Car-Act as they deliver fast with great communication. Next time we will order here 100%!
