Jun 25,2024I sold an apple horizontal giftcard worth of 100,500 and It says that my transaction have been approved but I haven't received anything yet and It have been more than 24hours of trade and I haven't received my money. I have talked to the the customer care and they are not responding and it's freaking me out I have gotten a good review from my friends and the first time I tried to trade and things went bad I want nothing more than just my money

At this point I never expected Cardtonic to Rip me this way cause I'm a level 4 customer in the platform and have stayed active with them since 3yrs now . I redeemed a card Worth 34million ,. The credited my Cardtonic account at 1 am after the whole delays . As I was to withdraw ,. The system keep pending My withdrawals. Now the took my money and i have complained to them in so many ways but no positive response. They asked me how much was my money and I told them.. but no refund.. I have proof incase the want to deny it..

May 22,2024Funded their virtual dollar card so I can get some items on AliExpress, the card doesn't work, the charges to fund the card was too much and I wasn't given back my money or what was left of it after all their ridiculous charges when I tried withdrawing

Few minutes later, I got and email letting me know that they have been able to deduce the codes and will like to pay me for the card. I resent the card and got credited almost immediately. 🥰🥰🥰. This to me is an high level of commitment to honesty. Thank you again Cardtonic🎈
