That easy and fast I thought it was too good to be true & it was going to fail the next stage, but I was then contacted by Vincent who then kept in contact with me from the day I was approved by helping me find a car that suited my budget & location by SMS which is easier for me. I genuinely can’t believe how easy and stress free he made the whole situation, big massive thank you for helping me and securing my deal on my finance & new car. Would highly recommend this company. The communication they have between themselves & clients is 10/10, I was never left worried , stressed or confused everything was handled great !

May 01,2024Amazing experience being helped by Juan, the process was so simple and straightforward! I urgently needed a newer car and it troubled my mind. Until then I came across with Car Finance R Us advert when I browsed some car options in the middle of the night. I wasn’t sure how the chance would it be for me to get the finance. But their stars in Trustpilot were convincing, so I took the shot and applied. In the next couple of minutes there was a text message response saying my application was approved. But I didn’t put much expectations. Until the next morning, Juan called me to follow up. At that point, I wasn’t sure which car should I choose. So I told him what I’d need and like for my future car. And he offered me some great options and insight, until I found THE car that I’d aim for! Then he let me know for all the necessary documents that I need to submit. It was so easy, everything done online and quickly! And he then followed up further with the lenders and dealership, until just in couple of days, THE car was delivered to my door! Couldn’t be more grateful enough.. 5-stars customer service, Car Finance R Us is really recommended! Thanks Juan for your help! :)

I have now got the car and he even went out his way to make sure everything was okay with the car and that us as a family were happy. All in all this took 3 days from start to finish. . Kept in contact every step of the way. She was amazing delivering a stress free service. Never experienced customer service like this before. May 08,2024This company is one of the best!!! I struggled to can have an credit for a car. I have a very bad credit score....no one helped me. These guys treated me as a human being, knowing we are human beings and we do mistakes in life. I told them what car I want and they found me a car in just 1(one) day!! Also the car have been ready ro be picked up by me in no time!! Robert was the person who helped me finding my car at an very good price, a very good montly payment and he listened everything I wanted to say with no rush. For me this company is THE BEST!!! From a score from 1 to 10 , I give this company and people that work for this company, 11!!! Thank you very much!!!
