I am very picky when I’m parting with cash . Sealing a deal didn’t come easy as I “jumped” from one broker to another. Adam was patient, knowledgeable about cars , and delivered my first juke.The entire team was very professional and customer experience was number one for them . I know some brokers that go on long break period (name withheld), this used to get me anxious because I needed to change a car or lay a complaint . I got my peace back when I switched to car financeRUS. They are reachable, and they value people. From Cheques(febuary 2024)

As a dealership, we provided everything that was requested of us and removed a vehicle from sale. Didn’t hear anything back from them after contacting them multiple times. Only when the customer contacted us to say that they weren’t able to proceed due to not being FCA regulated, of which they never asked us in the first place. Wasted their customers time, and our time. Just the courtesy to respond would have sufficed. It would seem that they were all too quick to want their finance commission that they didn’t follow through with their own FCA procedures. Now their customer will have a cancelled agreement on their credit file, which I doubt will look very favourable.

I can’t speak highly enough of Gerald. My partner and I were looking for a new car and he assisted us greatly, even though we were abit skeptical, but he was very patience with us, took us through a step by step guide. Explain well in details and very professional. Thank you for the wonderful service Gerald and will highly recommend.
