Dec 18,2024Got a brand new toyota car but wrong reg, got a quote for £90 (rip off), when tried to change reg plate 5 minutes later, got a monthly quote of £95 ???? (exactly same car model). Then over a year with them, hidden fees everywhere, arrogant staff and bugs everywhere in their online portal. Absolute joke, never again.

Dec 17,2024It’s pathetic reasoning to cancel a policy and how they carried out the process. Apparently if the car is owned by a family member it’s not within their policy to cover. First time I’ve ever heard of this in my life. On top of that they cancelled without any reply to the customer!. I mean at least reply to the damn email to say we cannot cover and it will still be cancelled at the same time they text you payment will be taking and take the money on just before the cancellation. Worst insurance company I’ve ever heard. No wonder people avoid this company they are not about the customers at all. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
