I had my new vehicle within afew days of first initially applying! Was kept up to date with everything along its process and felt reassured the whole way through! If I could give 10 stars I would! Nov 05,2024There are not many bad reviews of this company however..... OK now I have your attention , this isn't a bad review either!!... This company took all the hassle and stress away from my car purchase they found the best APR for me , best loan deal and the exact spec and car I wanted and all within just 2 hours. I cannot fault them for any part of my experience they were all excellent and kept me informed every step of the way. If you are considering a broker I recommend 100% use these guys. Just for the record I couldn't find a bad review 👌 just didn't want this review missed as it really is completely genuine. Big shout out to Alfred for shouldering it all for me 🥰

The whole team at car loans 365 were so great and have fully exceeded my expectations, my account manager was Salsa and she was great with the whole process and sought me a beautiful car. I couldn’t be more thankful to car loans 365.

Nov 04,2024My whole carloans experience has been 10/10 from Devon helping to source the car and walking me though the process to Leian from the Complaints team ensuring that all my concerns are dealt with. The seller has been difficult and receiving the car has been a very difficult process but Devon and Leian have both made the experience easy considering the amount of back and forth, working tirelessly to come to a solution for me and my partner. I highly recommend these two.

Nov 03,2024My car gave up on me it was a saturday decided it was time to get something better, but with no funds and not the greatest credit i applied on carloans 365 on sunday had a phone call monday with Cash who was brilliant nothing was to much trouble. It only took 5 days and i picked the car up.

Massive shoutout to kiah she was the main person that helped me with securing the car and everything was done in less than 5 days which is really good and saved me from having loads of headaches.
