Oct 09,2024I would definitely recommend them if you want a brilliant hassle free experience. All you do is answer a few questions and they do all the legwork for you. Friendly, helpful and respectful people no hard sell. I was given a representative ( Yasir ) in my case he was very friendly and helpful 5*. I also dealt with a few other people and they were brilliant too. Cat, Hayden to name a few. Brilliant job people hats of to all of you.

Nothing was too much trouble and he was happy to phone all the car dealers of cars I had shortlisted to ask lots of questions on my behalf. He would also give his own honest opinion on what the best car may be and also dealer helpfullness, which whittled down the list to my new pride and joy. This whole process took the difficulty out of filling forms in (other than basic info which is necessary). Can’t wait for Monday when my new (well, used) car will arrive which is my dream car, Jag F Pace). Woo hoo 🥳 Thanks Jazz and team 🥇

Really pleased with the service I received, didn't even expect to receive a car loan after being turned down by others.Phil was amazing very friendly and helpful throughout,I didn't feel rushed and was given time to decide on which suited best.The whole team is amazing and I felt well looked after.I would recommend to anyone.

Oct 10,2024From start to finish i cannot fault at all. I made the enquiry quite aprehensive i must admit but the level of service and help was outstanding. Never once made me feel pressured and as i had no clue what i was doing regarding finance on previous car and if they could even help me. communication was spot on and even tho i was probably a pain and kept ringing with more questions !! not once did i feel i couldn’t call. made enquiry - received call back - supplied a few details - left the rest to them !! - new car being delivered next week. 😁. one very happy customer. thank you car loans 365
