The uk delivery service via Ups is pretty hopeless -,items can be seen arriving in the uk from Sweden, but then ups, as usual, doesn’t deliver the day they said or the next day etc. I would be happy to pay slightly more for a timed named day delivery by a reliable transporter. (Eg ups send email saying delivery 15th but when you press tracking button it says 14th 1100-1500 _ But in practise they just don’t deliver! JohnnieF

Dec 10,2021Het laatste jaar heb ik mijn nieuwe appartement systematisch met tapijten van Carpet Vista bekleed.( meer dan 10 stuks). Elke levering gebeurde tot nu tot rimpelloos en levering gebeurde steeds binnen de beloofde termijnen.( 2à 3 dagen) De laatste aankoop verliep echter veel moeilijker. Diverse malen werd een nieuwe leverdatum niet nageleefd. Ik heb diverse keren moeten telefoneren en mailen om informatie te ontvangen, die mij niet kon gegeven worden. Tenslotte werd mijn tapijt geleverd na 10 dagen.

The webpage can become a little bit more helpful in finding what you look, it takes a while to scroll through all. But really nice selection. Great company.

Unfortunately two carpets of the second order just didn't quite fit in to our interior, so we sent them back. The returning process and reimbursement was smooth, so we placed another order. The last carpet that arrived very quickly is just wonderful! Colors are just as shown on the website. Highly recommend! Value for money!

I have spent hours and hours online looking for rugs and I always come back to these guys. I wanted natural fibres and contemporary design and it can be tricky trying to pick a rug online and get the colours right but I have been so thrilled when they have arrived, they are perfect and I wouldn’t look anywhere else.
