I was able to find a lovely carpet that matches the style of my living room, and moreover is sturdy, easy to maintain and washable. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the products. The carpet came very neatly and carefully packaged, delivery was amazingly fast, overall a very smooth experience. Feb 28,2024I wanted to reserve a carpet as I was abroad when I made my choice and there was only 1 left. I was able to telephone and speak to a very helpful lady who arranged for the carpet to be delivered 2 days after my return 3 weeks later. A week later, I chose another one with a 10% further discount for buying again and that arrived promptly also after another discussion with another helpful lady. I now have 2 fabulous rugs at a very decent price. Yes, the 'Handloom Fringe' carpet is shedding where one sits but I well remember a fitted carpet shedding for 6 months prior to stopping. So I hope it will stop eventually. DPD deliver promptly.
