From browsing on the Carpet vista website to contacting customer service to payment to order information to the delivery of the carpet, this was a stress free and professional process. Even with issues relating to Brexit and Covid, the delivery was quicker than expected. The carpet is fantastic and I would definitely use and recommend Carpetvista again. The customer service team were helpful and friendly, so a big thank you to them.

We sent it back, which was a very easy procedure (they come to pick it up at home) and free! and afterwards we were quickly refunded. Also our contact was a sweet and very professional lady. So we could quickly order the new carpet which arrived Again very fast and it Is perfect now. Moreover the price we paid is not high for a handmade carpet of such good quality!
