I received an immediate response and despite Covid and the Christmas period they were both immediately dispatched and I received them in Malta literally just three days after. They were packed very well and I received them in excellent condition.

Dec 07,2020I've ordered two rugs now from Carpetvista. Website is easy to use, you get regular updates on your shipping and both rugs came within a few days of ordering. Really happy with the quality of the rugs. Took a few days to settle down and have shedded fluffies a little so need vacuuming regularly to start with but both look stunning in our house, and very soft to walk on. Would really recommend if you're looking for a rug.
