Oct 25,2024I do not recommend using this company. Their customer service is appalling and needs to be improved asap. I was sent the wrong order and instead of immediately rectifying their mistake and sending the correct item out, they said they were looking into it and would get back to me. They even tried to blame their logistics company for mislabelling when common sense would tell them the wrong colour had been cut. I had to chase them constantly for an update and couldn’t get anyone to call me back. I was totally ignored and treated like an inconvenience. I had zero communication after a week, then they suddenly sent another incorrect item out. They didn’t tell me what was happening or that they were sending it and I didn’t know until the day it arrived. It doesn’t take much to send a quick email or call to let your customer know what is happening. Then a few days later the courier company they use turned up at my door with no notice, asking for the incorrect item back. I could have been a satisfied and returning customer if they had just communicated with me and kept me up to date with what was happening. It doesn’t take much and that is basic customer service. It feels like once they take your money they’re not interested in you. I will not be recommending this company to friends and family and I will never use them again because of this stressful experience that cost me a lot of money. I will also not be posting a room transformation on my social media platform as they requested, as I wouldn’t want anyone to go through the stress I did if they use them. Carpet Warehouse, work on your customer service skills and retrain your employees on how to deal with customers correctly. Totally unacceptable and it appears I’m not the only one who has had this issue.

Oct 25,2024Absolutely awful experience. Firstly the rubbish delivery company SGK delivery that they used were horrendous. After confirming over and over the delivery time slot between 2 and 5 and being told I can track the delivery live, they turned up just before 7.30 when I was nowhere near the property. Even the reps at SGK couldn't get hold of their drivers. I had made numerous attempts to let the delivery team know that I need a call ahead of delivery as I have 3 children and commitments around them. Once they actually turned up the adhesive for the vinyl was missing and the flooring guy is coming tomorrow at 8am to fit it! The delivery drivers say it was never packed. Never shopping here again.

Ordered a vinyl that didn’t get delivered as carpet warehouse didn’t give my flat number to the delivery company then blamed me for not seeing a text from them (I have spotty signal in my flat as it’s a high rise). I explained to both in 8 months pregnant so needed extra patience and support and I got laughed at on the phone and then Chris on email told me he’s not responding to me anymore and spoke down on me like I was stupid and said that they did have my flat number because they had delivered it (after I paid a secondary delivery fee and I text the people myself my flat number and went outside to meet them). I wanted a refund for the first delivery as it never got delivered and it wasn’t my fault at all and he refused and then refused to reply to any emails. The company is unprofessional and scammers and the delivery company they’ve paired with are worse. Don’t recommend
