Oct 02,2024Carpet took over 3 weeks to be delivered when it initially said 6-10 days. Completely arrogant and atrocious replies from the customer service team. No desire to fix the issue or find out what the delay was down to. I will never use Carpet Warehouse again, and would advise anyone to steer clear of them. Absolute jokers.

Oct 04,2024Just a complete let down, poor communication, no accountability of mistakes. Items should have arrived on the 25th September, that failed due to courier incompetence then rescheduled for the 1st October again failed to deliver then REBOOKED AGAIN for the 3rd and AGAIN failed. No compensation just “oh sorry the courier isn’t owned by us” getting shouted at over the phone by the courier. Appalling
