Jan 25,2025Nizroun was friendly professional from the beginning of the process to the end. Very impressed and knowledgeable and a final phone call as I was driving home in my new car . Applied on Monday and new car on the drive Friday. Thank you. Definitely recommend and use again.

Jan 25,2025I was speaking with I guy named Liam who had me drive from Manchester to London a 210 mile one way trip to collect my car and part exchange my current car. Upon arrival the dealership were closing and they said they made Liam my case manager aware that they were closing earlier due to delivery cars which they told him hours ago before I had even left yet Liam did not make me aware of this at any point. They agreed to stay open because I had been driving 4 hours, up one arrival Liam did not send the dealer any pictures of my current car that I had sent to him to send to the dealer for my part ex as I had a little damage that I wanted the dealer to be aware of beforehand. He had received no email or photos at all and Liam also told him that I had £2000 deposit which was not the case at all. So I then had to get a hotel for the night why the dealer tried to sort me finance through himself. Liam also told me to lie about having current finance on my car that needed settling ( I am now aware that this is illegal), I have now managed to go through another finance company who are a lot more professional. To top it off I even spoke with his manager Kevin regarding how Liam has handled this and the amount of hours out of my day have been lost because of this and I was completely dismissed, and said he thinks I’ve just ‘ gone with somebody else for a better quote’, and did not acknowledge the fact I was a 26 year old girls left alone in London with no car because of the poor service received from them. After I spoke with Kevin I received a personal text message from Liam stating that he has not done anything illegal - unprofessional at it’s best! Is anybody higher up reads this please do listen back to the calls between me and Liam and you will listen to everything that has been said! Stay away!

He was so so helpful when it came to the whole process of finding a car and getting finance for it and he was able to help me out so much and made the whole process really easy. Jan 25,2025Absolutely brilliant customer service hard to come by these days, Steven was faultless throughout handled everything for us, kept in touch and ensured the job was done and done properly, purchasing a Nissan GTR over 10 years old is incredibly hard to do and I don’t think we would of done it without Steven, will 100% be using CarPlus in the future excellent business and excellent staff, if you are thinking of using a broker do not go anywhere else other than using these guys
