I can't speak for all of the staff at Carplus but Ibrahim M really went above and beyond over the last few days, which is all the time it took to get approval, find a car and then drive away with it. Ibrahim M is very much a credit to this company and if he's not already in a senior position, they really should look at promoting the guy. He was super friendly, an excellent communicator and really was just "always there" through the whole process. I really can't think of a single neutral or negative comment to make. It seems impossible in the world we live in to be completely happy with something as stressful as finding and buying a used car but the whole experience was blissful on this occasion. We'll keep the car for the credit term which is 5 years then will be very happy to get back in touch with Carplus to arrange the next one. I will happily recommend this company to anyone who'd looking for a car on HP or PCP.
