Apr 12,2024Products were brand new, in unopened original packaging with tamper seals still on the packaging. Shipping ended up being a few extra days due to unforeseen circumstances, but the products still arrived promptly and exactly to-order. Will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

I have also emailed the support email everyday regarding the status of my order as well as requesting to receive a tracking number and have yet to receive a response. BBB and others should have this site banned if it is scamming people.

Dec 28,2023The case is funny, and the color looks sick I love it, but I was a bit disappointed by the quality. The case ripped after a month of using it near the volume buttons. Probably, this is just my case, because I saw other comments and they were good. I guess this is just a defective one.

Oct 29,2023Do not trust anything they are writing in their site about delivery time!!! By on Amazon if you don’t want to wait 4 weeks to get your iPhone case delivered… item bought on 10/07. It’s 10/29 and still no delivery. The transporter they are using is a total mess and they are not willing to either expediate/reship with another carrier and their customer service is unwilling to refund despite all this, just keeps sending you the tracking information and are in no way otherwise accommodating or helpful. Clearly: just don’t buy from them directly!

Sep 28,2023counterfeit product as other reviewer have pointed out. Do NOT trust the reviews on their website, they are fake and false. The case I received was of really bad quality and has a strong unpleasant smell. I would even doubt whether or not the product is safe to use. After I requested a return, they said there would be a 9.9 USD return fee despite the poor quality.

Aug 13,2023Ordered 2 weeks ago and still not delivered. According to the tracking my order is sitting in a warehouse somewhere in Los Angeles. Hasn’t moved since I ordered. I messaged caseovo through the Shop app (tracking) and all they sent me was the same exact tracking info I was already looking. I’ve emailed them still waiting for a response. ALSO I cannot find anywhere to cancel my order…even if they do show up, I’m still returning for a refund. If an Etsy or Depop seller can send their stuff out within a week, there’s no excuse for a company this large. Get it together Caseovo!

Jul 24,2023The product I received is a counterfeit Apple product. The quality is sub par, color is not a genuine Apple color, and it was shipped in fake Apple packaging. I reached out to the company twice and never received a response. Order off of Ebay if you can. Edit 07/26/2023: The company responded to this review stating they have a 30 day return policy and to email their support address. As stated in my original review, I have already contacted them twice, including at that email address, and never received a response. Their customer service is garbage. Do not order from them.
