Mar 28,2025Most of my experiences have been good. My only complaint is that all my applications have taken longer than 60 minutes and in some cases days. I end up calling to find out why and it’s usually because they need more info from me. It would be easier to provide the info needed if I knew about it. Communication could definitely use some work. Usually when people apply for a payday loan they are already stressed and need the money, lack of communication and extended wait times only add to that.
