Dec 20,2024I think the thing I value most with cash money and the reason why I only deal with them is because their staff is very down to earth very honest and they talk to me like I'm a friend or someone not in desperate need of money other cash places make me feel as if they're talking down to me but Cash money talks to me as if I'm just another person someone they know. And I will add that they're very understanding with late or NSF fees always willing to work with me very good experience every time.

Dec 17,2024My pay day loan was taken out of my account on the day of and I was charged NSF. I did a PTP, on my bank acct it showed amount debited but it didnt show on cash money. I got call from Shana saying PTP was not honored. It was terrible experience as no one at cash money knew. Its only when I escalated and asked for manager the issue I was told it take 5business days, till then everyone was giving me a run around. Now that everything is done, I dont have the option for pay day loan. It is so difficult to get timely help from your agents. They dont know the process and time lines for PTP.

Dec 16,2024Cash Money makes it easy to access required funds easily. The line of credit in particular is great and helps cover my needs when I don't quite have enough in the moment. I love being able to view and apply online. Additionally, whenever I've had contact with Cash Money employees, they've been clear and concise with their help, working with me to get the type of service I need. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Dec 15,2024The line of credit option gets explained like it helps save you money and it’s better then just a cash advance etc etc but the interest rate ends up being so incredibly high that if you just make the minimum payment of around $200 every 2 weeks on less the $6000 line of credit you will literally be paying the loan off for minimum 20+ years. It’s actually terrible!!! When getting run down of details it looks like you can easily transfer money onto loan anytime (in addition to the $200 bi weekly that automatically comes out of account) etc, makes it sound like a normal line of credit but the insane interest rate just keeps adding to the balance causing u to have to pay for basically ever. I pay more on this loan a month than I do on my line of credit which is over $40000!!! They know how to twist words and highlight what they need to in order to sell you on it…..amazing at making it seem like it’s a great quick solution if ur looking for a quick line of credit but don’t want the hassle of a million hoops the banks make you jump through. That said I have good credit so I should have just spent the time to go through bank because this will be your never ending payment sucking out $200 twice a month for balance to never go down 🤦🏼♀️. DONT BE A SUCKER! DO NOT GET YOURSELF STUCK WITH THIS INSANITY. Just go to bank and review ur options! I promise if you work you have much much better options with super low interest rates so when u make a payment you actually see ur balance go down!
