Dec 11,2024CASH MONEY is simply THE BEST!!! They are my GO TO for my emergency financial needs. Their customer service is excellent -- very kind, emphatetic, very considerate and very flexible. Although their system already has an option to change your payment due date up to certain extent/days, there are still occasions (due to financial challenge that I an going through) that I already moved the payment due date from their system to the maximum extension, by simply calling them at least 2 days before my payment due date, they are still able to give me consideration to manually adjust my payment due date on their own internal system, with the help of their Branch Manager and for that, I am forever grateful to CASH MONEY for exceptional service that they are providing. Keep up the good works CASH MONEY and GOD BLESS!!!

Dec 10,2024CM is easy to use, super clear on how they operate and easy to see where your money is and how and when to pay! The CM was way more convenient but logging into the site is exactly the same. The ladies at my branch are always kind and helpful. Do I think the “fees” associated with the line of credit is too too high… hell yes! I don’t understand why they are so much. It’s definitely not easy to understand what they are for. I don’t think they can tell you either. Not cool CM. Not cool. Wouldn’t you rather customers pay off the principal faster and keep using your services?, make that high interest-that’s good business, what you do now is predatory.
