Numerous attempts and fails to send me authorization notification through my app (used other sources that did work when connecting to my bank). No option given for regular Pay Day loan when i signed into account and only option was Line of Credit (at lower available amount than my Pay Day loan in store).

Nov 21,2024I have made arrangements to make a payment at the end of the month once my vehicle is out of the shop from getting fixed. I asked about the deferred payment option and was told nothing. I wanted to do the deferred option if I can do it. I asked for an email back, because I had to explain why I’m not making payments. I did explain and no one got back to me. I keep getting emails and I try to answer them back, but I don’t think anyone is getting them. Like I said I would like to do the deferred payment option please. I’m hoping to start back to work the 1 of December. Please email my back and let me know if I can or can’t do the deferred payment option.

Nov 20,2024Cash money on Jane Wilson is terrible in their job. They screwed up my account and it screwed up my line of credit. They don’t explain things properly and they Proceeded without my Consent because all the payment I made for my account was for nothing now I’m back zero again on my line of credit. They should explain before any actions with people account. And that person name is Juan i’m not happy with cash money I’ve been a good customer with cash money for years always pay on time with my payday loan and my line of credits. They should explain things properly before proceed anything With people account without their consent

Nov 23,2024Quick, effective and helpful service from employees always! When applying online, I usually have to enter information two times or sometimes more (instead of having things work properly the first time, which can be bothersome). But again, I always receive the help I need from staff.
