Feb 15,2025Pretty upset with this company, I got a loan through them and it was a huge mistake!!! Unfortunately I ended up having to take a leave from work because of an unexpected injury these people had no compassion or empathy. I tried contacting them numerous times because I needed to make other arrangements for the repayment of the loans. The person I spoke to made it seem like everything was okay and it wasn’t a big deal to push the payments back. It was a lie, they put I defaulted which makes me look bad.

Feb 14,2025Really enjoy cash money. Accessing online is fairly straightforward and easy. Some of the staff in certain branches are rude, I have a naturally loud voice and had one customer service officer accuse me of yelling when I was just trying to make a payment on my loan. I much prefer online rather than having to deal with rude customer service representatives
