My son in law wants a pasta maker for christmas. I searched on line and found the exact same product at varying prices. Then, I clicked on Cater-Connect. So glad I did. The same product for less than half the price. Needless to say, I am impressed (so far) Wont be 100% sure until christmas day. Excellent delivery too. Thank you
Nothing gets missed and they react so quickly to any changes or last minute requests or sign-off on invoices immediately. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else!

I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to say how amazing this company were at helping me to sort out all the glass wear for my new restaurant- it has been so stressful but Cater-connect have been so helpful. I will definitely be using them again.
Ordered a combi oven for our restaurant, excellent service right from ordering to delivery. Arrived on time and was exactly we wanted. Customer service was excellent and answered all queries promptly. Will definitely use them again.

Very bad customer service, bought a Lincat gas fryer with 2 years warranty. After a few months broke. Sent an email. Rang to customer service. But nothing at all. Don’t waste your time and money at all!
I've had no issues with Cater-connect. 2 orders in the past 3 weeks and everything arrived well packaged. Ok they are not very forthcoming with emails on dispatch time and out of stock goods etc etc, but you can contact them easy enough which is exactly what I have done and they resolved the matter. Yes I would use them again with no worries.
So disappointed with the service Cater-connect provided and will never shop from them again. They are not responsive, very slow in their process and don't even bother contacting their customers for an update on delayed shipment. Their ignorance and slowness cost me so much money unfortunately.
Due to a breakage on site, we needed a replacement fridge asap. After looking at several sites, many of which showed many products were not in stock, I opted for a fridge on cater-connect that appeared in stock. After a week of no delivery date I called the customer service team, who told me due to issues at the ports there was a delay. Though they would try and move some things around and call me back. I heard nothing for 1 month until I was told the delivery day would be sometime the week of the 15th of November. After not hearing from them, I contacted them on the 18th only to be told it might be the following week though they could not be sure. I complained, was offered a refund which I accepted and when I mentioned that the customer service was appalling at no time had I the customer been properly kept up to date, so a complaint was heading their way, I was called "One of those customers". As an importer I also have stock in the docks but at no time do I not keep customers who are interested in purchasing said products uninformed. Only after threatening to complain was I offered a replacement fridge and did the service actually appear, five minutes after already buying another one with a competitor.
I ordered a coffee machine from the website showing both as "in stock" and "usually despatched within 3-5 days." I received an email confirming my machine was on its way but when nothing arrived a few days later, I chased. After no initial response I finally learned that the machine had not been built and would be delivered some weeks hence, with no confirmed date. When I asked to cancel, I was told there would be a "re-stocking" fee if 50% total value of order. I complained and was ultimately offered a £50 refund by someone claiming to be the owner, Sam. I accepted. I did not receive the refund. After chasing 3 times in as many weeks, I received a note from the Sales Director saying they would not honour the refund (instead suggesting they'd give me £50 off a further order over £100) and that they considered the matter closed. At best, these people are inept, I am fearful however that they are actually wilfully dishonest. I recommend avoiding.
