CCTrader was an award winning online trading platform launched in 2001.
I have been one of your clients for the past 40 years. I can clearly make the difference between then and the present. Through these years, i have always been a loyal customer (as can be confirmed in your records). Sometimes, I feel that not withstanding the above, no due consideration is given from your side. Positive: Platform very user friendly. Most employees are friendly and helpful. They try their best to help, but are constrained by the system adopted by the company. Negative: Some high ranking officials are not reachable neither by phone nor by face to face meeting through an appointment. Too many irrelevant questions asked by help desk employees.On raising a query, one has to tell the whole problem to them and repeat the same story to another person.
Very good service always received. However, pity it cannot be used for trading options.
Support is quite responsive, however I have had issues where money was not credited or "not found" initially and with trading time to settle is super important for me. Payment methods are poor and they illegally charge on Card transactions which goes against PSD2 regulations. They don't seem to have a clue about said regulations which is worrying.
I find the platform meets all my investment needs and is fairly priced. The support is truly beyond all expectations.

Excellent platform makes buying and selling stocks and shares very efficient.
I use the app at least 3 times daily, making trades at least once a week. From my experience sometimes the app loading time feels slow, in particular when changing screens from the main to the portfolio page. It would be nice if you can bring fees down, in particular on small trades for new traders to start out. When making trades in USD, it would be nice if the available account balance is shown split in USD and EUR, and not a combined version of the two. This has often caused me confusion of using up my Euro balance on dollar trades. I would like to have a passcode or touch/Face ID to enter the app rather than having to login.

Overall very satisfied with the equity trading system. Foreign Exchange spreads can be further improved. Spreads not always consistent.
Overall I like theplatform but at times I find that the live market prices are updated late.There seem to be a few minutes lag I also would like to see the % gain/loss between cost and market price in the Portfolio section I am really satisfied with the Customer care chat

I had put in a sell order for 400 shares of ERII on the Nasdaq that did not go through because of a bug in the system. The responses this time were to slow as I could have most possibly sold the shares I was trying to sell at a higher price on the first day that I was trying to sell them. I did actually sell my shares at USD 10.40 the next day but as I had submitted a low offer price and not too many shares trade on ERII each day my offer would have almost definitely been accepted at around USD 10.52 or so.... I was told that I had suffered no loss as I did in fact sell the shares at USD 10.40 instead of USD 10.30. As I was proven correct in that it was a bug in the system I don't really agree with the logic of not making a loss. It is more than likely that I indeed suffered a loss of USD 0.10 to USD 0.15 per share in fact as they would have likely sold for that price the previous day. Mathematically this would amount to an approximate minimum loss of USD 40.00 As I was considering another purchase of different shares with the proceeds of my sale of ERII I theoretically could have suffered a much greater loss if the new purchase had increased in value. Though I appreciate that CC is now refunding me EURO 8.00 I am a bit confused as to how this was calculated. I will still be using the platform though it is quite unnerving to know that such a bug could cost large sums of money for more established traders than myself who try to buy or sell on days like today where the market is plunging so heavily for days in a row.
The good: support is generally fast and reliable. The ok: I have experienced a few hiccups with the platform, which caused me to lose a good trade, but these were rare occurances. Otherwise it is simple to use. Maybe a bit too simple. The less ok: The service badly needs to provide proper charting and analysis services similar to Tradingview, especially considering the trade fees being charged. Moving averages and a few other metrics would go a long way. The even less ok: Reports from the platform need a re-think. There are about 5 reports and none of them meet my needs. I would need to export to excel, and process heavily to get the relatively straightforward information I require. The bad: the trade fees need to come down further to be competitive with other platforms. I would definitely be trading much more with lower fees.
Would be 5 stars if it weren’t for some crashes.
The site CCTrader is user friendly and offers a large selection of investing opportunities. Frequent periodic newsletters are sent with valuable information and the support it offers through its helpful team of members gives reassurance.
The team behind CCTrader is great, but the software trader per se lacks quite some functionalities when compared to other traders software for example trailing stop loss, the ability to short etc.
As a cc client for over 30 years if it wasn't for their commitment, know-how and help along the road I definitely wouldn't have lasted this long.
the best equity and bond trader on the local market as well as on foreign markets. the cost is reasonable and certainly cheaper than the competition. one slight grumble, the service used to be a little bit better just a few months back. that said, cctrader is still the best.
