We needed to connect a microphone from our old analogue CCTV system which is not straightforward and isn't really anything to do with CCTV Global but even so Iain talked me through the whole thing on the phone. Highly recommended.

I was quite skeptical on getting help but CCTV-Global proved me wrong. I received first class support and manged to recover password ,create new one and log in to unit as expected.
